Due to high tempertature during the summer months, wax melts may soften or melt slightly during transit. While I take percautions to package your order securely, I cannot guarantee how the weather may affect the product during shipping. Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. If your wax melts arrive soft , allow them to return to room temperature before handling. This does not affect the quality or fragrance of the product. 

During the warmer months, all orders will be packaged with an aluminum foil bubble shield at no extra cost to help reflect heat and protect your wax melts during transit.
